1. Who we are
This online store, Halloween Day's (the "Store"), is operated by Orryx LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: officialorryx@gmail.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Orryx LLC, and "you" refers to you as a customer.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Return Policy also apply. If you're a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
3. Products
We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may show decoration ideas; the contents of each pack are listed on the product page.
4. Orders and contract
Product listings on the Store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We'll send you an order confirmation email, and the contract is concluded when we accept your order with that confirmation or ship your goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious; if we do, we'll refund any amount you've paid.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the Store and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any automatic discounts (such as bundle discounts) are applied in the cart and at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed securely through our checkout provider using the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on the Store are estimates (currently around 8–12 days to most destinations) and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help; see also section 8.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We also offer 30-day returns. Full details, including how to return items and the model withdrawal form, are in our Return Policy.
8. Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at the time of purchase. It's never added automatically. If you buy it and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll reship your order or refund you in full. To make a claim, email us with your order number (and photos for damaged items) within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Shipping Protection is provided by us directly; it is not an insurance policy.
9. Halloween charity donations
You can choose to add a voluntary donation in the cart. Donations are optional, and the default amount is zero. 100% of donations collected are passed on to a Catholic adoption charity in Ireland, which has asked us not to publish its name, to buy clothes for orphaned children. We'll email every donor after Halloween to confirm the donation has been made. We can't issue tax-deductible donation receipts, and donations don't buy any goods or services. If you added a donation by mistake, email us before October 31 for a refund.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us; see our Return Policy.
11. Liability
We're liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires it (for example, product liability). For slight negligence, we're only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Product safety
Please follow the instructions supplied with the products. LED products and small parts are not toys and should be kept out of reach of young children. Don't stick decorations on surfaces that could be damaged, such as freshly painted walls or wallpaper.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you're a consumer, this choice of law doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
14. Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at officialorryx@gmail.com; we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. We're not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
